Summary

Lists tasks from Timesheet, with optional project, date range, billing/payment status, and sort filters. Choose whether to return all matching tasks or cap the results at a limit.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Select API Key, OAuth2, or OAuth 2.1 (PKCE) credentials.
• Team — Select a team or enter its ID when team filtering is needed; the field may be left empty otherwise.
• Return All — When enabled, returns all matching results; otherwise returns up to the configured limit.
• Limit — Maximum results when Return All is disabled; defaults to 50, with a range of 1–100.
• Filters — Optionally filter by project, start date (on or after), end date (on or before), and billing/payment status. Choose sort field (date/time, duration, or created date) and ascending or descending order.

Output shape

A list of task items, one per result.

The number of returned tasks depends on Return All and Limit. The supplied source pack identifies pagination handling but omits function bodies, so it does not establish additional details about pagination or the exact task fields returned.

Examples

Example 1: List up to 50 tasks for a project starting within a date range and sort by date/time descending.

Set the Project, Start Date, and End Date filters; retain the default limit and descending date/time sort.
