Dependencies

Troubleshooting

• Invalid Account or Inbox ID: If the provided Account Id or Inbox Id is incorrect or does not exist, the API will return an error. Verify these IDs in your ChatWoot dashboard.
• Authentication Errors: Ensure that the API key credential is valid and has sufficient permissions to access Inbox member data.
• Network Issues: Connectivity problems between n8n and the ChatWoot server can cause request failures. Check network settings and firewall rules.
