Summary

Retrieve a filtered list of callbacks from the TANSS system using specified filter criteria or a raw JSON filter, authenticated either by a generated token or user login credentials.

Inputs

• Auth Mode (required) — Select the TANSS credential type for authentication: either 'Generated Token' or 'User Login (Auto Refresh)'.
• Use Raw Filter JSON (Optional) — Provide a JSON string to directly specify the filter object for the callbacks list request, overriding other filter settings.
• Filter Settings — Set of optional filter parameters that include timeframe (from/to timestamps), callback states (single or multiple by comma-separated values), employee and department IDs, company IDs, pagination (items per page and page), and flags to load linked entities or include callback logs.

Output shape

a list of callback records matching the applied filters

If 'Use Raw Filter JSON' is provided with valid JSON, it overrides the 'Filter Settings' collection. Pagination parameters control the subset of results returned. Returned callback objects can include additional linked entities or logs if those options are enabled.
