Summary

Searches selected TANSS areas (companies, employees, and tickets) using a query and optional filters, or sends a custom JSON request body. Authenticates with the selected TANSS credential mode and returns the search response.

Inputs

• Auth Mode — Select Generated Token or User Login (Auto Refresh); defaults to User Login.
• Use Raw Filter JSON (Optional) — Valid JSON object to use as the request body; when provided, it overrides the Search Configuration fields.
• Areas — Choose COMPANY, EMPLOYEE, and/or TICKET areas to search.
• Query — Search query text.
• Company Max Results — Maximum company results.
• Employee Max Results — Maximum employee results.
• Employee Company ID — Company ID filter for employees.
• Employee Inactive — Whether to include inactive employees; defaults to true.
• Employee Categories — Employee categories option; defaults to false.
• Employee Callbacks — Employee callbacks option; defaults to false.
• Ticket Max Results — Maximum ticket results.
• Ticket Preview Content Max Chars — Maximum characters of ticket preview content.
• Ticket Company ID — Company ID filter for tickets.

Output shape

A single TANSS search response object.
