Create a ticket state in the TANSS system

Inputs

• apiToken (required) — API token obtained from the TANSS API login
• name (required) — Name of the ticket state
• image — Name of the image (must be in folder media/hp/bug_status)
• waitState — Determines if this state is a waiting state
• rank — Rank of this state (position in lists)
• active — Is this an active state? (otherwise won't be shown)
