Summary

Retrieve a single message's details using its unique Message ID assigned by Meta.

Inputs

• Message ID — The unique message identifier returned by Meta (example: wamid.xxxxx), used as a query parameter to specify which message to fetch.

Output shape

a single message object containing details corresponding to the specified Message ID

If the Message ID is not provided or invalid, the response may be empty or indicate an error; response shape follows the external API's single message format.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch details for a specific message in a workflow by providing its Meta-assigned Message ID.

Set the 'Message ID' input field to the target message's Meta ID and execute the operation to retrieve its details.
