Summary

List company notes associated with a specified company by providing its numeric Company ID. Supports filtering using advanced filter clauses or raw JSON filters, and can limit the number of notes returned or return all available notes.

Inputs

• Company ID (required) — Numeric ID of the parent company.
• Return All — Whether to return all results or limit the output to a specified maximum number of notes.
• Limit — Maximum number of company notes to return when Return All is false.
• Include Fields — Optional comma-separated list of fields from the company note entity to include in the response. Leave blank to return all fields.
• Use Advanced Filters — Toggle to enable advanced filter controls for more granular filtering.
• Advanced Filters — A collection of filter clauses specifying field, operator, and value conditions combined with AND logic. Used only if Advanced Filters are enabled.
• Custom Filter (JSON) — Raw JSON array representing Autotask filter conditions, useful for OR groups and nested logic, merged with other filters.
• Header Overrides — Optional HTTP header overrides, including impersonation resource ID for the request.

Output shape

a list of company note records matching the specified company and filters

Supports pagination automatically, returning either all matching notes or up to the Limit parameter. Filters are combined from quick filters (none for this resource), advanced filters, and custom JSON filters into Autotask API queries. The returned fields adhere to the optional Include Fields parameter if set, otherwise all note fields are returned.
