Summary

List contacts in Autotask filtered optionally by company, last name, first name, email, and active status, with support for advanced filtering and pagination.

Inputs

• Return All — Whether to return all results or only up to a given Limit.
• Limit — Maximum number of contact results to return when Return All is false.
• Include Fields — Optional comma-separated list of contact entity fields to include in the response; leave blank for all fields.
• Company — Filter contacts to those associated with the selected company.
• Last Name Contains — Filter contacts whose last name contains this substring.
• First Name Contains — Filter contacts whose first name contains this substring.
• Email Contains — Filter contacts whose email address contains this substring.
• Is Active — Filter contacts by their isActive flag; 'Any' applies no filter.
• Use Advanced Filters — Toggle to show advanced filter configuration (row-based and raw JSON filters).
• Advanced Filters — One or more AND-joined filter clauses by Autotask field, operator, and value, supporting user-defined fields; visible if Use Advanced Filters is enabled.
• Custom Filter (JSON) — Raw Autotask filter JSON array merged with other filters, allowing complex nested or OR logic; visible if Use Advanced Filters is enabled.
• Header Overrides — Optional headers to override, including Impersonation Resource ID for the request.

The operation returns a list of contact objects from Autotask. If Return All is false, the number of returned contacts is limited by the 'Limit' parameter. Included fields can be restricted via 'Include Fields'. Advanced and custom filters are combined with quick filters to refine the query. Supports pagination internally to gather all requested records.
