Summary

Retrieve all notes from the LLW CRM API, optionally returning all results or limiting to a specified number, with customizable returned fields and sorting options.

Inputs

• Return All — Set to true to retrieve all notes without limit; otherwise, limit the number of notes returned.
• Limit — Specifies the maximum number of notes to return when 'Return All' is false. Value must be between 1 and 250, defaulting to 50.
• Additional Fields — Optional parameters allowing to specify a comma-separated list of fields to return ('Fields'), the field to sort by ('Sort By'), and the sort direction ('Sort Direction', either ascending or descending).

If 'Return All' is true, all notes are returned via pagination internally. Otherwise, the number of notes returned is capped by 'Limit'. The returned fields and ordering are controlled via 'Additional Fields'. Results are returned as an array of note objects in the node output.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch up to 100 notes, returning only the note 'title' and 'content', sorted by creation date descending.
