Summary

Search trashed records of a specified resource type using a query string, optionally returning all matches or limiting the result count and customizing returned fields and sorting.

Inputs

• Resource Type (required) — Select the type of trashed resource to search (e.g., Activities, Calls, Companies, Contacts, Deals, Documents, Notes, Products).
• Search Query (required) — Enter the search query string to filter trashed records.
• Return All — Choose whether to return all matching results or limit the output to a maximum number.
• Limit — Set the maximum number of search results to return when 'Return All' is false (1-250).
• Additional Fields — Optionally specify additional search parameters, including a comma-separated list of fields to return, a field to sort by, and the sort direction (ascending or descending).

Output shape

a list of trashed records matching the search query

If 'Return All' is true, returns all search results across pages; otherwise, results are limited to the specified 'Limit'. Returned fields and order may be customized using 'Additional Fields'. Errors are reported per item if 'Continue On Fail' is enabled.
