Summary

Retrieve multiple pipeline records from LLW CRM with options to return all or a limited number, and customize returned fields and sorting.

Inputs

• Return All — Boolean flag to determine whether to fetch all pipeline records or limit the number of results.
• Limit — The maximum number of pipeline records to return when 'Return All' is false. Acceptable values are 1 to 250, defaulting to 50.
• Additional Fields — Optional parameters to customize the output: specify a comma-separated list of fields to retrieve, a field to sort by, and the sort direction ('Ascending' or 'Descending').

If 'Return All' is true, the operation paginates through all results and returns the complete list. If false, it returns up to the specified limit number of records. Returned records include only the fields specified by the user if any; otherwise, default fields are returned. Errors are surfaced per item if 'continueOnFail' is enabled.

Examples

Example 1: Get up to 50 pipelines sorted ascending by creation date

Set 'Return All' to false, 'Limit' to 50, 'Additional Fields' with 'Sort By' set to 'created_at' and 'Sort Direction' to 'asc'.

Example 2: Retrieve all available pipeline records with default fields

Set 'Return All' to true and leave other fields as default.
