Summary

Retrieve all trashed records of a specified resource type from LLW CRM, optionally limiting the number of results or returning all. Optionally filter and sort the results by specified fields.

Inputs

• Resource Type (required) — Select the type of trashed resource to retrieve, such as contacts, companies, deals, activities, calls, documents, notes, or products.
• Return All — Choose whether to retrieve all trashed records or limit the number of records returned.
• Limit — When not returning all, specify the maximum number of trashed records to return, between 1 and 250.
• Additional Fields — Optional parameters to customize the query including a comma-separated list of fields to return, a field to sort by, and the sort direction (ascending or descending).

Output shape

A list of trashed record objects corresponding to the selected resource type.

If 'Return All' is true, all trashed records for the resource type are returned. Otherwise, results are limited by 'Limit'. The output includes only the fields requested if 'Fields' is specified; otherwise, default fields are returned. Results can be sorted by specifying 'Sort By' and 'Sort Direction'.
