Summary

Retrieve all user records from the LLW CRM system, with options to return all results or limit the number returned, and customize the returned fields and sorting.

Inputs

• Return All — Boolean flag to either return all user records or limit the number returned.
• Limit — Maximum number of user records to return when Return All is false; valid range is 1 to 250, default is 50.
• Additional Fields — Optional parameters including comma-separated list of user fields to return, field to sort by, and sort direction (ascending or descending).

Output shape

a list of user records in JSON format

If Return All is true, all user records are returned via pagination handled internally by the node. If false, the number of returned users is capped by the Limit parameter. The returned user objects may include all or selected fields depending on the 'Fields' input. Sorting is applied if specified.

Examples

Example 1: Get all users without limit

Set Return All to true and leave other fields blank to retrieve every user.

Example 2: Get up to 50 users sorted by name descending

Set Return All to false, Limit to 50, Additional Fields > Sort By to 'name', and Sort Direction to 'desc'.
