Summary

Retrieve multiple Activity records from ConnectWise PSA, with options for filtering, sorting, pagination, and field selection.

Inputs

• Return All — Whether to return all matching Activity records or limit the result set.
• Limit — Maximum number of Activity records to return when 'Return All' is false.
• Order By Field Name — Field name to order the results by; can select from a list or use an expression.
• Descending — Whether to sort the results in descending order.
• Conditions — Filter conditions using ConnectWise's query syntax to narrow returned Activities.
• Field Names — Specify which Activity fields to include in the output, selected from a list or via expressions to reduce data size.
• Child Conditions — Filter criteria applied to child entities related to the Activities.
• Custom Field Conditions — Filter based on custom fields defined within ConnectWise Activities.

a list of Activity records matching the specified filters and options

Supports pagination with 'Return All' limiting result size to a maximum of 10,000 records to prevent memory issues. Returned records include only the fields specified in 'Field Names' if provided, otherwise default fields are returned. Filters use ConnectWise-specific query syntax. Results can be ordered optionally.
