Summary

Retrieve multiple company records from ConnectWise PSA, supporting filtering, sorting, field selection, and result limits.

Inputs

• Return All — Boolean to specify whether to return all matching company records or limit the result count.
• Limit — Maximum number of company records to return if 'Return All' is false; minimum value is 1, default is 50.
• Order By Field Name — Field name to sort the results by; choose from a provided list or define dynamically via expression.
• Descending — Boolean to determine if sorting should be in descending order.
• Conditions — Filter criteria using ConnectWise query syntax to narrow down company records.
• Field Names — List of specific company fields to include in the output to limit data volume.
• Child Conditions — Filter conditions applied to child entities related to companies.
• Custom Field Conditions — Filter conditions applied to custom fields of the companies.

If 'Return All' is true, the operation attempts to return all results up to a maximum of 10,000 to avoid memory issues. Otherwise, results are limited by the 'Limit' parameter. The output fields can be constrained by the 'Field Names' option to reduce load. Filtering supports complex conditions using ConnectWise query syntax, including on child and custom fields.
