Summary

Retrieve multiple ticket tasks associated with a specific parent ticket in ConnectWise PSA. Supports filtering, sorting, limiting, and selective field retrieval to tailor the results.

Inputs

• Ticket Type (required) — Select the type of the parent ticket to retrieve tasks from, either 'Service Ticket' or 'Project Ticket'.
• Ticket ID (required) — Specify the numeric ID of the parent ticket whose tasks you want to retrieve.
• Return All — Choose whether to return all ticket tasks or limit the number of results.
• Limit — Set the maximum number of ticket tasks to return when 'Return All' is false.
• Order By Field Name — Select or specify the ticket task field by which to sort the results.
• Descending — Indicate if the sort order should be descending.
• Conditions — Provide filter conditions using ConnectWise query syntax to narrow down the results.
• Field Names — Specify a subset of ticket task fields to include in the output to reduce load.
• Child Conditions — Filter results based on child entity properties within the ticket tasks.
• Custom Field Conditions — Apply filters on custom fields associated with ticket tasks.

Output shape

The output contains an array of ticket task objects for the specified ticket. Supports pagination with 'Return All' and 'Limit' parameters, and respects filters and field selections. Returned fields can be limited to optimize processing and network usage.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve all tasks for a specific service ticket sorted by due date descending

Set 'Ticket Type' to 'Service Ticket', specify the 'Ticket ID', set 'Return All' to true, select 'Due Date' for 'Order By Field Name', and set 'Descending' to true.

Example 2: Retrieve up to 10 project ticket tasks with condition filtering

Set 'Ticket Type' to 'Project Ticket', provide the 'Ticket ID', set 'Return All' to false, 'Limit' to 10, and add a filter expression into 'Conditions' to narrow results.
