Summary

Update a company record in ConnectWise PSA by specifying its Company ID and providing any desired fields to modify.

Inputs

• Company ID (required) — The numeric ID of the company to update.
• Company Name — The name of the company (maximum 50 characters).
• Company Status — The status ID of the company, selectable from available statuses or specified via expression.
• Country — The country ID of the company, selectable from available countries or specified via expression.

• Contact Details — A collection of contact information such as default contact ID, phone, fax, website, and social media URLs.
• Business Information — A collection of business-related data like account number, annual revenue, number of employees, year established, SIC code, parent company, and lead source.
• Classification — Flags to classify the company as a vendor, lead, or unsubscribed from communications.
• Territory & Management — Fields for territory, market, territory manager, and calendar assignments.
• Financial & Billing — Financial and billing details including tax identifiers, billing terms, invoice templates, pricing schedules, currency, and invoice delivery options.
• Additional Assignments — Assign values automatically through n8n expressions to set or override company properties during update.

The operation returns the complete company data after update. The Company ID input is mandatory; other inputs are optional and only specified fields will be updated.

Examples

Example 1: Update a company's status and contact phone number

Set Company ID to the target company's ID, specify the new Company Status from the dropdown or expression, and provide the new phone number in Contact Details.
