• owner_filter — Comma-separated group owner UserIDs, up to 100. Leave blank to query all group owners visible to the app; the UI warns that this may fail with error 81017 if there are more than 1,000 owners.
• limit (required) — Requested page size, from 1 to 1,000; defaults to 100.
• cursor — Pagination cursor from a previous response. Leave blank for the first request.

A list response containing customer group chat identifiers and a pagination cursor.
