Summary

Create a WeCom group messaging task for customers or customer groups, with optional text and attachments. The task is created for a member to confirm in WeCom before it reaches recipients; this operation does not send messages directly.

Inputs

• 群发任务类型 — Choose customer (single chat, default) or customer group (group chat).
• 发送成员UserID — User ID of the member who will send the task. The UI says this is required for group chat.
• 客户ExternalUserID列表 — Comma-separated customer IDs for single-chat tasks, up to 10,000. Leave blank to target all of that member’s customers. If IDs are provided alongside tag filters, the UI says tag filtering is ignored.
• 客户群ID列表 — Comma-separated customer group IDs for group-chat tasks, up to 2,000. Specifying IDs means the group owner does not need to select groups.
• 启用标签过滤 / 标签组 — For single-chat tasks, optionally filter customers by tag groups. Tags within a group match with OR logic; separate groups match with AND logic. Each group accepts up to 100 tag IDs.
• 允许成员重新选择客户 — For single-chat tasks, whether the member can choose customers again in the pending recipient list; defaults to false. The UI describes this as supported only for customer group messaging.
• 文本消息内容 — Text body, up to 4,000 bytes. Text and attachments cannot both be empty.
• 添加附件 / 附件列表 — Optionally add up to 9 image, link, mini-program, video, or file attachments. Images take a media ID or URL; links require a title and URL; mini-programs require a title, cover media ID, app ID, and page path; videos and files require a media ID.

Output shape

A single API response record for the created group messaging task.

Members must confirm the task in WeCom before it is sent to customers or customer groups. The supplied source pack shows the dispatcher structure but omits the operation implementation body, so the exact response fields are not established here.
