Summary

Creates a WeCom customer-service account with the supplied display name and temporary media ID for its avatar.

Inputs

• 客服名称 (`name`) (required) — Account name shown to customers; up to 16 characters.
• 客服头像 (`media_id`) (required) — Temporary media ID for the avatar, up to 128 bytes. Obtain it by uploading the image through WeCom’s media management interface.

Output shape

A single item containing the WeCom API response.

The operation makes a request to add the customer-service account; the source pack does not expose the response fields.
