Summary

Fetches WeCom customer-service reception statistics for a customer-service account over a date range, optionally scoped to one receptionist.

Inputs

• open_kfid (required) — Customer-service account to query.
• servicer_userid — Receptionist to scope the statistics to. Leave blank to return account-level totals; third-party apps must use the encrypted UserID.
• start_time (required) — Inclusive start date for the query.
• end_time (required) — Inclusive end date for the query. The range can cover at most 31 days, and dates must be from yesterday through the previous 180 days.

Output shape

A single WeCom API response record containing the requested statistics.

With no receptionist selected, the response contains customer-service-account-level summary data; selecting one returns that receptionist's data for the account.
