Summary

Update a school department in WeCom by selecting its ID and enabling the fields to change. The operation sends only the enabled changes, including optional department administrator additions, updates, or removals.

Inputs

• 部门 ID (required) — ID of the department to update.
• 修改部门名称 — Enable to set the department name (1–32 characters); the API ignores this field for standard grades.
• 修改父部门 — Enable to set the parent department ID.
• 修改部门 ID — Enable to assign a new department ID.
• 修改入学年份 — Enable to set the entry year.
• 修改标准年级 — Enable to set the standard grade, including “非标准年级” to convert a standard grade to a non-standard grade.
• 修改排序次序 — Enable to set the department's sort order.
• 更新部门管理员 — Enable to provide administrator changes. Each entry specifies an operation (add or update, or delete) and a member UserID; add or update entries also specify an administrator type, and may specify a subject for class teachers or subject teachers.

Output shape

A single API response item per input item.

The response body is the WeCom department-update API result; the source pack shows the operation dispatch but omits its implementation body, so specific response fields are not established here.

Examples

Example 1: Rename a department and change its parent

Enter the department ID, enable “修改部门名称” and “修改父部门”, then provide the new name and parent department ID. Leave other change toggles off.

Example 2: Remove a department administrator

Enter the department ID, enable “更新部门管理员”, add a change with “删除” and the member UserID. Administrator type and subject are shown only for add or update entries.
