Summary

Cancel a WeCom customer-service upgrade for a specified customer. This clears the previously assigned specialist or customer-group recommendation for that customer and removes the corresponding status prompt in WeCom.

Inputs

• 客服账号 (open_kfid) (required) — Select the customer-service account ID.
• 客户 External UserID (external_userid) (required) — Enter the WeChat customer's external_userid.

Output shape

A single API response item.

The operation makes a change in WeCom; the UI notice says it clears the customer's prior specialist or customer-group recommendation and removes the associated status prompt. The source pack omits implementation bodies, so the exact response fields are not shown.
