Summary

Removes selected users and/or departments from a WeCom customer service account’s reception staff. WeCom returns a result for each submitted object.

Inputs

• 客服账号 (open_kfid) (required) — Select the customer service account from which to remove reception staff.
• 接待人员列表 (userid_list) — User IDs to remove, up to 100. Third-party apps must provide encrypted user IDs. Provide at least one user ID or department.
• 接待人员部门列表 (department_id_list) — Departments to remove, up to 100. Provide at least one department or user ID.

Output shape

One n8n item containing the API response.

The response includes separate processing results for each submitted user or department. The operation makes a change to the selected customer service account.
