Summary

Fetches basic WeCom customer-service information for a list of external contact IDs, optionally including each customer's last session-entry context from the past 48 hours.

Inputs

• external_userid_list (required) — External contact IDs, separated by commas, Chinese commas, vertical bars, or newlines. The list is deduplicated and accepts 1–100 IDs per call.
• need_enter_session_context — Set to true to request the customer's most recent context for entering a session within the past 48 hours. Defaults to false.

Output shape

A list of customer information records returned by the WeCom customer-service API.

The supplied source pack does not expose the operation implementation body, so the exact output fields and item-to-record mapping are not shown.
