Summary

Create a WeCom customer strategy rule group with a name, administrators, and a management scope. For a top-level group, configure its permissions; a child group inherits permissions from its parent.

Inputs

• 规则组名称 (required) — Name for the new rule group.
• 父规则组 ID — Parent group ID; use 0 for a top-level group. Child groups inherit the parent's permissions, so the permission fields are only available for top-level groups.
• 管理员 UserID 列表 (required) — Administrator UserIDs, separated by commas, vertical bars, or newlines. Accepts 1–20 unique IDs; super administrators cannot be configured.
• 管理范围 (required) — Up to 100 scope entries. For each entry, select a member (type 1) and provide a UserID, or select a department (type 2) and provide a department ID.
• 权限设置 — For top-level groups, boolean options control customer sharing and transfers, messaging, welcome messages, statistics, group deduplication, quick replies, spam rules, exports, and customer tags. Each defaults to true.
• 请求体 JSON（高级） — Optional JSON body merged with form fields; matching JSON fields take precedence. The merged body is still validated for required fields, types, and ranges.
• Query 参数 JSON（高级） — Optional JSON URL query parameters; the access token is added automatically.
