Summary

Retrieves WeCom customer service statistics for a selected customer service account over a date range.

Inputs

• 客服账号 (open_kfid) (required) — Select the customer service account to include in the statistics.
• 起始日期 (start_time) (required) — Start of the inclusive date range.
• 结束日期 (end_time) (required) — End of the inclusive date range. The range can cover at most 31 days and must be from yesterday through 180 days ago. Same-day data is generated the following day; querying after 06:00 is recommended. Times are rounded down to midnight by WeCom.

Output shape

A single item containing the WeCom API response with the requested statistics.

The source pack provides only the operation's signatures, so it does not expose specific response fields.
