Summary

Closes an active temporary chat between a WeCom employee and an external contact. Supply the employee UserID and the customer external contact UserID; the pair must have a valid temporary session created through the supported contact method.

Inputs

• userid (required) — The WeCom employee's UserID.
• external_userid (required) — The customer's external contact UserID. The employee and customer must have an active temporary chat; adding them as an external contact through another method does not qualify.

Output shape

A single API response item.

The operation sends the close-session request; the source pack does not expose the response body shape.
