Summary

Retrieve multiple contracts from PerfexCRM with optional filters, pagination, and the choice to return all available results or a limited subset.

Inputs

• Return All — Boolean to determine whether to return all contracts or limit the number of results.
• Limit — Maximum number of contracts to return when Return All is false; minimum value is 1, default is 50.
• Offset — Number of contracts to skip before starting to return results; applicable when Return All is false, minimum value is 0, default is 0.
• Filters — Optional filters to restrict contracts by Client ID or Contract Type ID.

Output shape

a list of contract records

The operation supports pagination via Limit and Offset parameters if Return All is false. If Return All is true, it will paginate internally and return all contract records matching the filters. If the API response is paginated, the operation aggregates results across pages before output.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve all contracts for a specific client

Set Resource to Contract, Operation to Get Many, enable Return All, and specify the Client ID filter.

Example 2: Retrieve up to 100 contracts with a specific contract type, skipping the first 50

Set Resource to Contract, Operation to Get Many, disable Return All, set Limit to 100, Offset to 50, and provide the Contract Type filter.
