Summary

Retrieve multiple estimates from PerfexCRM with optional filtering, pagination, and control over the number of returned results.

Inputs

• Return All — Whether to return all matching estimate records or only up to a specified limit.
• Limit — Maximum number of estimate records to return when 'Return All' is false.
• Offset — Number of estimate records to skip before starting to return results when 'Return All' is false.
• Filters — Optional filters to narrow down results including Agent (sale agent staff ID), Customer ID, Project ID, search term, status, and date range filters for estimate date and expiry date.

Output shape

An array of estimate records matching the specified filters, limited and offset as per input parameters.

Supports returning all results or a paginated subset using limit and offset. Date filters are automatically formatted. The output is a JSON array where each entry corresponds to an estimate record from PerfexCRM.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve up to 50 estimates with status 'Accepted' and belonging to a specific customer.

Set 'Return All' to false, 'Limit' to 50, 'Filters' to include 'status' as 'Accepted' and 'customer_id' as the desired customer ID.
