• Status (required) — Set the status to Active, In Progress, New, or Resolved. Defaults to Resolved.
• Assign To — Optional user address to assign the incident to.
• Normalize Numeric Strings — Whether to convert numeric strings in the returned data to numbers; defaults to false.
