Summary

Lists mailbox rules for a tenant, optionally filtered to a specific mailbox by Azure AD user ID or UPN, or by Exchange email address. Choose whether to return all matches or limit the result count; numeric strings can optionally be normalized to numbers.

Inputs

• Tenant (required) — Tenant to query, selected from the list or specified by domain.
• Return All — When enabled, return all results; otherwise return up to the configured limit.
• Limit — Maximum number of results when Return All is disabled; defaults to 50.
• User ID or UPN — Azure AD user GUID or UPN to filter rules to a specific mailbox.
• User Email — Exchange email address to use when it differs from the Azure AD UPN.
• Normalize Numeric Strings — Convert plain numeric strings in returned data, including nested values, to numbers.

Output shape

A list of mailbox rule records.

The source pack omits the operation implementation body, so it does not confirm the exact API response fields or whether pagination is handled by the endpoint. Results are limited by the Limit setting when Return All is disabled.
