• Phone Number (required) — Phone number to assign.
• User (required) — User principal name (UPN) of the target user.
• Phone Number Type — Phone number type sent with the request; no default is specified.
• Location Only — Defaults to false. Enable to set the emergency location without assigning the number to the user.
• Normalize Numeric Strings — Defaults to false. When enabled, converts decimal-number strings in API results to numbers.
