Summary

Lists mailbox details for users in the selected tenant, with optional filters and a configurable result limit. Enable Return All to fetch all available results.

Inputs

• Tenant (required) — Tenant to query, selected from the list or entered by domain.
• Return All — When false, returns up to the configured Limit; when true, requests all results.
• Limit — Maximum results when Return All is false; defaults to 50.
• User ID — Optional filter for a specific user, using an email address or GUID.
• User Mail — Optional filter by user email address.
• Normalize Numeric Strings — Converts string values containing plain decimal numbers to numbers in the returned data.

Output shape

A list of mailbox detail records.

The result count is limited by Limit unless Return All is enabled. Numeric normalization is off by default.
