CIPP AdvancedInstall

Summary

Fetches a tenant’s Microsoft Secure Score history from CIPP and transforms it into the selected output format. Choose a tenant and output mode to return a compact summary or more detailed score data.

Inputs

• Tenant (required) — Select a tenant from the list or enter its domain.
• Output Mode — Choose Summary (default), Averaged, Category Breakdown, Full, Implementation Status, or Slim. The mode controls the returned data shape and detail.
• History Count — Number of historical score entries to request; used by Slim, Averaged, and Full modes. Defaults to 1. Single-entry modes always fetch one entry.
• Include Descriptions — Include verbose control descriptions where supported by Slim, Implementation Status, and Averaged modes. Defaults to false.
• Normalize Numeric Strings — Convert plain decimal strings in returned data to numbers. Defaults to false.

Output shape

One record containing the transformed Secure Score data.

The selected output mode determines the contents and structure; empty API results produce an empty shape appropriate to that mode. Full and Slim can return substantially more data, especially when requesting multiple historical entries.
