Summary

Lists SharePoint site usage records or OneDrive account usage records for the selected tenant. Choose a site type and optionally limit the number of returned results.

Inputs

• Tenant (required) — Select a tenant from the list or enter its domain.
• Return All — When enabled, requests all matching results; otherwise returns up to the Limit.
• Limit — Maximum results when Return All is disabled; defaults to 50 (minimum 1, maximum 999).
• Site Type — Choose SharePoint Sites or OneDrive Accounts; defaults to SharePoint Sites.
• Normalize Numeric Strings — Whether to convert string values containing plain decimal numbers into numeric values. Defaults to false.

Output shape

A list of site or account usage records.

The selected site type determines which usage records are listed. Results are capped by Limit unless Return All is enabled. Numeric normalization is an optional UI setting; its effect on this operation's returned data is not confirmed by the supplied source.

Examples

Example 1: List all SharePoint sites for the selected tenant

Choose SharePoint Sites and enable Return All.

Example 2: List up to 25 OneDrive accounts for a tenant

Choose OneDrive Accounts, disable Return All, and set Limit to 25.
