CIPP AdvancedInstall

Summary

Starts CIPP tenant onboarding for the tenant identified by the Tenant ID (JSON) field. Pass the tenant as LabelValue JSON; use the optional Fields collection to control role mapping, missing groups or roles, standards exclusion, and retry or cancellation options.

Inputs

• Tenant ID (JSON) — LabelValue JSON identifying the tenant or relationship to onboard, for example {"label":"Contoso","value":"contoso.onmicrosoft.com"}. The implementation sends its parsed value as the id field to /api/ExecOnboardTenant.
• Fields — Optional onboarding fields: GDAP Roles (JSON) accepts LabelValue JSON for roles; Add Missing Groups, Auto Map Roles, Cancel, Remap Roles, and Retry are string values passed through when provided. Ignore Missing Roles and Standards Exclude All Tenants are booleans passed through when true.
• Normalize Numeric Strings — When enabled, recursively converts plain decimal numeric strings in the API response into numbers.

Output shape

The CIPP API response as n8n item data.

The operation sends a POST request to /api/ExecOnboardTenant without a tenant filter. The source does not show a custom result transformation for this operation.
