Summary

Lists message traces for a selected tenant, filtered by a relative lookback period or a start and end date, with optional trace criteria.

Inputs

• Tenant (required) — Select a tenant from the list or enter its domain.
• Date Filter (required) — Choose a relative lookback in days or a specific date range. Supply Days for a relative filter, or Start Date and End Date for a range.
• Message Trace Options — Optionally filter by source or destination IP, message ID, recipient, sender, delivery status, trace detail, or trace ID.
• Return All — Return all matching results instead of applying a limit.
• Limit — Maximum results to return when Return All is off; defaults to 50.
• Normalize Numeric Strings — Convert numeric strings in returned data to numbers. Defaults to off.

Output shape

A list of message trace records.

Results are subject to the API response and the configured limit unless Return All is enabled. Numeric normalization is optional.
