Summary

Create an open shift in a Microsoft Teams schedule for the selected tenant and team. Set its scheduling group, start and end times, and number of available slots; optionally provide display details, a theme, and activities.

Inputs

• Tenant (required) — Select a tenant from the list or enter its domain.
• Team ID (required) — ID of the team whose schedule receives the open shift.
• Scheduling Group ID (required) — ID of the scheduling group the shift belongs to.
• Start Date Time (required) — Start date and time of the open shift.
• End Date Time (required) — End date and time of the open shift.
• Open Slot Count (required) — Number of slots available for the shift; defaults to 1.
• Options — Optional display name, notes, theme, and activities as a JSON array.
• Normalize Numeric Strings — Whether to convert numeric strings in the result into numbers; defaults to false.

Output shape

A single record

Returns the API response for the created open shift. Numeric-string normalization is optional.
