Summary

Send a POST request to create a new user authentication entry in the Open Web UI system.

Inputs

• name (required) — The name of the new user.
• email (required) — The email address of the new user.
• password (required) — The password for the new user.
• profile_image_url — URL to the user's profile image, defaults to '/user.png' if not provided.
• role — Role assigned to the user, defaults to 'pending' if not specified.
• skipAuthentication — Option to skip authentication when making the request, defaults to false.

Output shape

The operation returns the response from the Open Web UI API after creating the user authentication record, typically a JSON object confirming creation or containing the created user details.

The request is sent as a POST to the fixed path '/api/v1/auths/add' with 'application/json' media type. Authentication is required by default unless explicitly skipped. The response format depends on the Open Web UI API's standard response for this endpoint.
