Summary

Send a POST request to the /ollama/api/embeddings endpoint of the Open Web UI Ollama API to generate embeddings based on a specified model and prompt.

Inputs

• skipAuthentication — Boolean flag to skip authentication if set to true (default is false).
• queryParameters — Optional query parameter 'url_idx' to include in the request URL.
• method (required) — HTTP method to use for the request; defaults to POST and should remain POST for this operation.
• mediaType (required) — Content-Type of the request body, must be 'application/json'.
• requestBody (required) — JSON object containing required properties 'model' (string) to specify the model and 'prompt' (string) to provide the input text; optional 'options' (object or null) and 'keep_alive' (integer, string, or null) may also be included.

Output shape

A JSON response containing the generated embeddings from the Ollama API.

The operation executes a HTTP POST to /ollama/api/embeddings on the configured Open Web UI instance. The response format depends on the Ollama API's embedding generation result. Authentication is handled via the 'openWebUIAuth' credential unless 'skipAuthentication' is true. Only 'application/json' media type is supported for the request body.
