Summary

Update the configuration settings of a task by sending a JSON request to the Open Web UI API's /api/v1/tasks/config/update endpoint.

Inputs

• skipAuthentication — Optionally skip authentication for the request; defaults to false (authentication used).
• method (required) — HTTP method to use for the update request, with default POST.
• mediaType (required) — Content type of the request body; currently only 'application/json' is supported.
• requestBody (required) — A collection of configuration parameters for the task, including TASK_MODEL, TASK_MODEL_EXTERNAL, and various boolean flags and prompt templates related to generation features (title, autocomplete, tags, queries, tools function calling). Each field is required according to the schema and must be provided in the request body.

Output shape

a single JSON object containing the API response to the update request

The response shape depends on the Open Web UI API's behavior and is returned as-is. The node expects to handle authentication unless explicitly disabled by 'skipAuthentication'. The request uses the fixed path '/api/v1/tasks/config/update' and default base URL 'http://open-webui:8080' unless credentials specify otherwise.
