Summary

Retrieve the current retrieval configuration from the Open Web UI API via a GET request to /api/v1/retrieval/config.

Inputs

• Skip Authentication — Choose whether to skip using authentication credentials for this request (default is false, meaning authentication is used).
• Method — HTTP method to use; defaults to GET. Although other methods are available, GET is the typical method for this operation.

Output shape

a single JSON object representing the retrieval configuration returned by the Open Web UI API

The operation uses the Open WebUI Auth credential unless Skip Authentication is true. The base URL defaults to http://open-webui:8080 and is typically managed by authentication credentials. No input parameters besides those controlling authentication and HTTP method are exposed. The response contains the retrieval configuration details as defined by the Open Web UI's /api/v1/retrieval/config endpoint.
