Summary

Changes a WhatsApp group’s photo using the ZapGate instance API. Supply the group JID and an image URL, Base64 image, or incoming binary item; the operation sends the photo update and returns the API response.

Inputs

• Group JID (required) — The group’s JID, used to identify which group photo to change.
• Media source (required) — Choose URL, Base64 / text, or a binary field from the incoming n8n item. For Base64 or binary input, optional MIME type and filename fields are also available.

Output shape

A single output item per input item, containing the ZapGate API response as JSON.

Requires ZapGate credentials with an instance ID and valid admin API key or instance token. The operation-scoped properties list is empty, but the source declares a required group JID and shared media-source fields for this operation.
