Summary

Updates a WhatsApp group’s description through the ZapGate API. Provide the group JID and the new description; the operation uses the instance credentials configured for the ZapGate node.

Inputs

• jid (required) — Group JID identifying the WhatsApp group.
• description — New group description.

Output shape

A single JSON response object for each input item.

The operation sends a PATCH request to the group description endpoint. The response is passed through as JSON; request errors are thrown unless Continue On Fail is enabled.
