Summary

Deletes a specified conversation from the ZapGate panel inbox. The operation sends a DELETE request to the selected instance’s inbox chat endpoint; set the optional WhatsApp flag to also delete the chat in WhatsApp.

Inputs

• Número (query) (required) — Chat phone number with country code, digits only (for example, 5511999999999), or a group JID. Identifies the chat to delete.
• Apagar também no WhatsApp (query) — Boolean query parameter; defaults to false. Set true to also delete the chat in WhatsApp.
• ZapGate credentials (required) — Requires the instance ID and an Admin API Key or instance token, along with the base URL.

Output shape

A single output item per input item, containing the API response as JSON.

The operation uses instance authentication. If the API response is not an object, it is returned as a JSON object with a result field. Errors stop execution unless Continue On Fail is enabled, in which case the item contains an error field.

Examples

Example 1: Delete a panel conversation only

Enter the chat number or group JID and leave “Apagar também no WhatsApp” false (default).

Example 2: Delete a conversation from the panel and WhatsApp

Enter the chat number or group JID and set “Apagar também no WhatsApp” to true.
