Trigger a webhook delivery retry for a specified delivery ID on a ZapGate instance.

Requires the delivery ID to be set in credentials as Instance ID, and the node uses admin authentication. No input fields are exposed in the node UI for this operation, so the delivery ID must be provided via credentials or configured in the context.
