Summary

Silences or unmutes a WhatsApp chat for the ZapGate instance. Provide the chat’s phone number with country code, or a group JID, then set whether to mute and the duration in hours.

Inputs

• Número (`chat`) (required) — Phone number with country code using digits only (for example, 5511999999999), or a group JID such as 120363123456789012@g.us.
• Silenciar (`mute`) — Whether to mute the chat; defaults to true.
• Duração (horas) (`durationHours`) — Mute duration in hours; defaults to 8.

Output shape

A single JSON response item from the ZapGate API, paired with its input item.

Sends a POST request to the instance chat mute endpoint with the supplied values. The response fields depend on the API; the operation does not reshape an object response. Requires ZapGate credentials configured for an instance.
