Summary

Marks a WhatsApp message as read in a chat by sending the chat identifier and message ID to the instance API. For group chats, you can also provide the sender’s number.

Inputs

• Número (required) — Chat phone number with country code, digits only; use the group JID for group chats.
• Número do remetente (grupos) — Sender’s number for a message in a group; leave empty for direct chats.
• ID da mensagem (required) — ID of the message to mark as read.

Output shape

A single JSON item per input item containing the API response.

Uses the ZapGate instance credentials and the POST /instances/{instanceId}/chat/read endpoint. The operation-scoped properties list is empty, but the source defines these three fields for this operation.
