Search contacts using the Fale Já API

Inputs

• API Type — Select which API to use based on your role and use case
• Query (required) — Search query to find contacts
• Options — Additional options for the search

Output shape

An array of contact objects matching the search query, sorted and paginated according to the provided options.

The operation uses the selected API type (Application, Client, or Platform) to query the Chatwoot backend via the Fale Já node. Required field: Query. Optional: Sort (name, email, phone_number) and Page number for pagination.

Examples

Example 1: Find contacts containing 'acme' in their name or email

API Type: Application API; Query: 'acme'; Sort: Name; Page: 1
